Current Opportunities

We are an environmental drilling contractor that is growing rapidly, and we need Driller’s Helpers. Our work consists of drill crews of 2 or 3 people that travel throughout the southeast performing geotechnical and environmental drilling and installing environmental monitoring wells. The work requires meeting at the office in Statesville, NC to gather equipment and materials, loading the truck and rig, driving equipment to the jobsite, setting up equipment, helping drill to certain depths, helping the driller install monitor wells, cleaning up equipment, loading equipment, and driving to next job or office to unload and clean up the truck and rig.

You must be able to work in outdoor conditions (heat/cold/rain) and must be able to occasionally lift 75 pounds. Our crews typically work 55 to 60 hours per week on a Monday through Friday schedule. These crews spend an average of 3 nights out of town per week and are home on weekends. Some crews work a schedule of 10 days on and 4 days off. These crews average 100 to 120 hours per 10 days. Crews receive a $3.00 per hour pay increase while working out of town. We cover the hotel and provide a per diem.

We provide full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) program after 90 days. We also provide paid holidays and vacation. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and the work is full time.
